Welcome to Projekt Desi. We offer free standard shipping on all orders and paid express options for faster delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and payments.

Order Processing & Shipment

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays and major festivals).

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

  • Multiple-item orders may ship in separate boxes; you’ll get tracking for each parcel.

 

Free Standard Shipping

  • Automatically applied at checkout—no code needed.

  • If you choose Express, the rate is shown at checkout based on your address and parcel weight.

Stock Availability

  • We try to keep everything in stock, but high demand can cause temporary shortages.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).

Delivery Partners & Delays

  • We ship with reliable and trusted couriers.

  • Weather, carrier backlogs, customs inspections, or festive seasons may cause occasional delays beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated via email.

Payment Methods

We process payments securely via Shopify Payments and trusted gateways.

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex

  • UPI & NetBanking (India)

  • Wallets/Pay-Later Amazon Pay

  • Cash on Delivery: Not available

  • All transactions are encrypted; we do not store your card details. 3-D Secure/OTP may be required.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

  • If your payment fails or you see a duplicate charge, contact Customer Care with your order number, the time of the attempt, and the last four digits of the card. Duplicates are automatically reversed by your bank if not captured.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We can modify/cancel orders before dispatch. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible. Please email Customer Care ASAP.
